Description Jeff Van Epps 2010-10-18 05:00:12 UTC
Bug originally filed at https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=632359

When Banshee changes songs Empathy disconnects from IRC. This doesn't always
happen, but when it gets into this state, if I reconnects to IRC it just
happens again for every song. Ubuntu 10.04, Banshee 1.8.0 with the telepathy
extension configured to Share Currently Playing, Empathy 2.30.3.

An Empathy developer concluded from the logs that telepathy-idle is crashing and suggested that I file the bug here.

Per SPM telepathy-idle is version "0.1.6-1 (lucid)", which I didn't see above in the Version selector for the idle component.

Why didn't this get attached when I first submitted the bug? Weird.
