Bug detailed description:
-------------------------
The Googleearth is rendered wrong. There is only a black globe with white and yellow contour. The detail comparison references to the two attachments.

Please retest with Mesa master -- a couple of major fixes have landed that may impact this.  (current googleearth fails to install here, so I'd need to copy my existing install over to test)
