cross compilation is broken due to commit
c8a5caedff1fd2ac6c542f4542009ff6eb3c2076.

This commit uses AC_CHECK_FILE which produces a fatal error in case of cross
compilation:

cfgparse.c is not in the src directory

I fixed the path to cfgparse.c
