Description danalien 2005-04-26 19:48:31 UTC
... that is, if you are a 'console' (konsole, kde) freak like me,
who uses the 'Fixed [Misc]' font.

Hi, all. *BTW*.

I was wondering why the following (see above) 'bug' occurs.

To avoid unnecessary & misconstrueable explanation, I'm just going
to attach two snapshots; a before & after.

PS. For you'vs with an eye for detail, you might notice that I took the 'before' last
and the 'after' 1st ... but, this doesn't matter, and I wanted to point it out to
      avoid (if) any confusion :)

Fontconfig provides width information to match the semi-condensed variant if
requested. I don't know if KDE exposes this to applications though.
