Description bethge931 2010-11-03 17:23:56 UTC
The documentation for xdg-desktop-menu says that the key "Value" is required for both .desktop and .directory files "to indicate that the ... file follows the 1.0 version of the specification". I've never written a .desktop file before, but it looks like the key name should be "Version". The gedit syntax highlighter recognizes "Version" and not "Value", and "Version" makes more sense.
