one page PDF

This PDF is not readable since createPDFDoc() returns a valid document but getNumPages() returns 0. Same PDF can be read using acrobat reader 9.

Tested against last stable release 0.14.5.

The PDF file is broken it has 
/Type/Body
when it should have
/Type/Page

Added a workaround for this brokenness, will be there in poppler 0.15.3
