the menubar, toolbar and statusbar are nice, but in some cases they need to be disabled in order to have more screen for the guest itself.
some checkboxes in "view" menu should do.
this somewhat implies that we need to also have a menu on right click on screen, and/or an autohiding toolbar similar to vinagre (or Windows remote desktop if you prefer)

Forgot to mention that autohiding toolbar like in vinagre is for "fullscreen" mode.
When in regular window mode, a right click on screen will do.

vinagre now has spice integration, does that sound like a good enough fix for that bug, or do you think it has to be integrated into spicy too?
