I can't see what's wrong in the screenshot.

Is this issue still present with the current Mesa master branch?

There are black pixels along bottom border of opengl window.
It still present with current Mesa.

r600g has the same behaviour, r600c clean at that point (rv740 hardware).

It is difficult to say definitely as report was about rv515 which I can not test right now, but I do not see this any more with rv740 and relatively fresh distributive (Linux Mint 14), so I think this bug may be closed as resolved.
