"Evince have problems rendering some PDF files. As an example, it happens with
all my latex-beamer presentation such as this one :

	http://sid.rstack.org/pres/0505_CSW_Roaming.pdf
...
> This document is rendered fine here, can you make a screenshot of the
> issue?

Sure. I've attached 4 screenshots.

Evince 1 : grey lines should not be present
Evince 2 : blue fade is ugly, font color should not be light grey
Evince 3 : grey lines, blue line accross figure
Evince 4 : grey line accross figure

Comment 1 Sebastien Bacher 2005-05-11 03:58:09 UTC
the versions are: evince 0.3.0, poppler 0.3.1 built with libcairo. The rendering
is correst with the splash backend.

On the document from comment #1 the index on the top of the page and some part
of the text are masked and the colors are wrong.
Comment 2 Sebastien Bacher 2005-05-13 00:32:48 UTC
http://bugs.debian.org/308785 mentions some issues with
http://bookcrossing.org/images/BookCrossing-BookMarks.pdf, not sure if that's
the same bug.
Comment 3 Jeff Muizelaar 2005-06-11 21:23:09 UTC
looks to be fixed with recent cairo. I suspect it was the clip-twice problem.
