Hi, my name is Uli Schlachter, my GPG key has the key ID 0xCB8FCB06, my ssh pubkey is hopefully attached and my preferred account name would be "psychon" (it's an old habit...). I've been writing a couple of patches for cairo's xcb backend. According to ohloh[1], 27 commits from me where already pushed (thanks to Andrea and Chris). Apparently, bugging other people with patches results in "Did you ask for an fdo account already?". Now that three different people have said so, I have to give in. So here it is.
