I found a PDF file at <http://www.fontblog.de/wp-content/uploads/2010/fs_2010_apfeli_stat.pdf> it can be viewed in evince and okular. But the navigation does not work. In evince the pages on page 3 are not clickable at all. In okular i can see buttons when I switch on the forms, but then I see the thumbnails no longer. # rpm -q poppler poppler-0.14.5-1.fc14.i686
I updated today to check this issue. It is still there with: [fm@localhost ~]$ rpm -q poppler evince poppler-0.16.2-2.fc15.i686 evince-2.91.90-1.fc15.i686
We didn't close the bug, so yeah, it's not fixed ;-)
Albert, sorry if you considered that as spam. There are other projects that appreciate keeping track of open bugs as some issues are fixed while nobody knows there was a ticket for it... So this was just meant as an update as I updated to a new major version of poppler.
Hi, no, I don't consider the mails spam, from my point of view there is no need to say the bug is still there if we did not close it. On the other hand if we marked it as fixed and is still there it is very important that you say it's not fixed for you and of course we would be very interested if you see a bug fixed we did not mark as so :-) Thanks for keeping up and sorry for not fixing your bugs, they are not that easy to fix and we are all volunteer based so we do what we can.
I've just added poppler_form_field_get_action() to glib API and qt4 already has something similar, so if you someone confirms the document works in okular we can just close the bug. Felix, you should file a bug report for evince to support this new method.
Created attachment 44969 [details] screenshot of okular Thanks for your work Carlos! technically it works in okular. But just if you switch on the buttons and then you cannot read the document anymore ... ;) What bugs to file now?
The core part is done, as Carlos said you should open respective bugs in Okular and Evince so that the work on the frontend to support the backend work is done.
I have reported the issue for evince at https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=33174. Thanks for closing it here. Happy new Year.
should have been https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=690823
