    st/mesa: fix texture array dimensions


Wayland terminal output is garbage, and flips between two sets of garbage every time I click it, starting with this commit.  Similar garbage when resizing terminal or dnd client.  Comments from krh:

"it's probably the use of cairo_push_group that breaks somehow"
"it could be a cairo-gl too, I think"
