The accountsservice project just needs a place to throw tarballs.

Maybe 

/srv/www.freedesktop.org/www/software/accountsservice

would be okay?  Ideally, the directory would be group writable by some new accountsservice group that mclasen and me (halfline) would be in.

I've created the location now and changed the group of the accountsservice git repo to the accountsservice group as well.
