We use that method along with PSOutputDev when the user wants to print page 1, 
5 and 7 for example.

Is there any reason why this patch is still just sitting around?

Looks pretty simple, and while it might need some minor changes (bit rot caused by changed signature for printPage() is all I can see), it should be fine.

The patch came originally from kpdf, the feature was "rejected" and we moved the functionally to the qt bindings, so we can just close that.
