When typing inside a box of Presentation, outlining is disabled. One should be able to promote or demote the text, use different bulleting for different text levels.

Thanks for bugreport Indeed, toolbars "Bullets and numbering" not exist in Impress. But such functionality exist in "Text formatting" toolbar (appears if place cursor into text). Also exist toolbar "Outline", but it works only in outline mode. For more handy to use lists, use layout for slide that already contains text frame with list. (3-th from top for example) For comparison, in Word 2003 all the same except that toolbar "Outline" works always. @ ccuhac@mynet.com So, how it should to be?
