If I create a new presentation, click on "From Template", select template "Orange" and click on "Create", my document will not be spell-checked, nor I will be able to select the dictionary's language. My system default locale is Brazilian Portuguese, and LibreOffice is localized. If I just create a blank presentation, the text is correctly spell checked in Portuguese, but if I use the template, spell checking is disabled and I can't select a dictionary.

Thanks for bugreport IMHO it is because template contains styles where language for font set to None. May be needed manually changing of template or use another template. Please, verify it in last version of LibreOffice.
