[Reproducible] with "LibreOffice 3.3.1 – WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) German UI [OOO330m19 (build 8 / tag 3.3.1.2)]"

I compared "ECS NEC MNDA 12511 completed.pdf" with a PDF import and saw

1. Contents starts above top page border, reason might be a too big
difference between page No footer and page contents in import

2. Text at wrong position
3. Text placeholder underline at wrong place
(3.1. extremely misplaced several cm below original position)
4. Character underline missing
4.1 Text underline shown as line at wrong place

There might be additional problems that should be listed.
For unrelated problems new bug reports should be filed.

Due to the rule "separate bug report for each problem" we should concentrate on problem item 1 here and try to find out whether the other problems might be related

@matt.reischer@gmail.com
Please note that you can't be sure that everyone will see the same result like you; so comments like "sometimes it does work, sometimes it does not" or "does not work properly" are not very useful.

For problems in document "ECS NEC MNDA 12511 completed.pdf" please file separate bug reports, if they are not related to the listed ones here.

May I ask you to read hints on <http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/BugReport> carefully?

[This is an automated message.]
This bug was filed before the changes to Bugzilla on 2011-10-16. Thus it
started right out as NEW without ever being explicitly confirmed. The bug is
changed to state NEEDINFO for this reason. To move this bug from NEEDINFO back
to NEW please check if the bug still persists with the 3.5.0 beta1 or beta2 prereleases.
Details on how to test the 3.5.0 beta1 can be found at:
http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/BugHunting_Session_3.5.0.-1
