Alabama DMV form illustrating binary image "negativity"

Some binary images appear with black and white reversed. When PDF represents a binary image, it may also specify a decode array that may reverse the meaning of 1/0 from white/black to vice-versa. If no such decode array is specified, the conventional meaning of 1/0 applies.

Consider the logo of the state of Alabama in the attached PDF.

Works like a charm here, can you please specify which poppler version you are using and which parameters you are passing onto pdftohtml?

This is probably a duplicate of #48270.
