Not reproduced with Version 4.0.2.2 (Build ID: 4c82dcdd6efcd48b1d8bba66bfe1989deee49c3).

VERIFIED WORKSFORME as per below environment. However, while one may click the text and it opens a web browser, the color is different then before it was closed, and reopened.
