html file used to create crash

I have a simple html I'm opening in libreoffice then exporting to odt.  First time I open the odt file before exiting office, it crashes.

LibreOffice 3.3.1 
OOO330m19 (Build:8)
tag libreoffice-3.3.1.2, Ubuntu package 1:3.3.1-1ubuntu3~maverick1

1) open attached html in office.
2) export as t.odt
3) open t.odt that was exported.
crash...

I cannot reproduce the crash with LO 3.4.5 on Windows XP.

Please check if the problem on your system also occurs with the latest LO.
