Currently when tracking changes, if you overwrite a block of text it is tracked as a pair of changes, one block of text added and another removed. However, this wasn't a separate add and remove operation, it is single replacement operation. So it would be more accurate, more informative, and quicker to use if such changes were tracked as a single change, probably called "replaced" or "changed".
