Need to get the OCAL releases into Gentoo so that they can be emerged.

Should this not be a Gentoo bug, rather than an OCAL one?

Yes, it should be, but I wanted to place this as a reminder to get this to
happen. Seems there has been a response on the mailing list. :)

So I just asked the gentoo devs. how to get OCAL into the Gentoo portage system.
Soooo...they said basically file a bug, and including an ebuild will speed up
the process. I think we should plow on with:

/usr/share/clipart/openclipart

which is a symlink to

/usr/share/clipart/openclipart-NEWESTVERSIONNUMBER

Also, someone from the dev. channel said:

rejon: about your ebuild - it should be assigned to the graphics herd, and you
might check in #gentoo-media i think
