I do not understand how duplicate instance creation code in
xf86MatchPciInstances    (the block under "XXX This currently doesn't work for
cases") could possibly work. 

With my configuration, allocatedInstances ends up being _4_, I get the error
message "(WW) NV: No matching Device section for instance (BusID PCI:0:13:0)
found" and the second video card is ignored.

Specifically, it should not be creating a duplicate instance the _first_ time it
finds a matching busID.
