In Calc select cells A1:C1, insert =sin({1;2;3}) and press shift-ctrl-enter to
make a matrixformular => all cells shows the same content
This bug affect LibO 3.3.2 and OOo 3.4 Beta, but not OOo 3.3.

In LibreOffice, column separator is the . and the ; is the ligne separator.

I don't known is this change is also in OOo 3.4.

OK, thanks for informations. Not a bug in LibO 3.3.2 for me...
