Created attachment 46189 [details] Demonstration of .odp with speaker notes Trying to work out how to ease the creation of wiki-based presentations which use the speaker notes for the voice over and questions (which can be played using text-to-speech on a mobile device), I've got a 10 step manual process which could be made much simpler with a new Save As option. The 10 steps (shown in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RO70eLx5Gts ) include saving to HTML just to get JPEG files for each slide (img0.jpg, img1.jpg, etc.) and running a Python script to pull the speaker notes out of the .opd to create a script like this one from demo.odp (attached): img0.jpg Voice over comments on slide one img1.jpg You can say whatever you like here [questions=on] Now for questions. How many slides are there? One ; Two ;; Correct The proposed Save As option would just output the JPGs and this script file (as plain text) directly. If pointed in the right direction, I might be able to code and contribute this new option.
