Description Miklos Vajna 2011-05-13 07:01:02 UTC
Hi,

Try to create a new document in Draw, save it as fodg, then try to open it.

In 3.3, Draw opens it, in 3.4beta4 Math tries to open it, but it silently fails, resulting in an empty document.

Andras (Timar) says he can reproduce it as well.

Let me know if more info is needed to reproduce the problem.

Thanks.

Sample fodg file

I'm attaching a sample, but I think it can happen with any drawing document.

I can confirm this. Also happens over here under windows, so it looks like it's not linux specific. Any fodg file will do fine.

3.4.0 ... 3.4.2 were affected by a bug assigning a wrong mimetype to the fodg document source code. The Sample document shows "application/vnd.oasis.opendocument.drawing" instead of correct "application/vnd.oasis.opendocument.graphics", so this indeed seems to be a DUP of bug 40881.

Another question is why such a document opens in Math instead of being rejected (may be that#s the only LibO applicatin without assigned FlatXML type?), but that's a (very) minor problem.
