The codecs in description-info messages are not in the same order as the session-initiate or session-accept.

Also, we're sending rtp-hdrext in description-info, and we probably shouldn't.. Also, I'm not sure if we should be putting rtcp-fb messages or not (that should probably be decided in the XMPP spec.
