spicy with two pointers displayed

SSIA

spice-gtk 0.6 (both widget in virt-manager and standalone spicy)

See the screenshot - notice the two pointers some distance apart caused by combo of network latency and mouse movement.

C++ spice does hide client's pointer in such situation.

this is now fixed in spice-gtk git.

There will be snapshot for fedora, but it will be released with 0.8 later.
