xkeyboard-config patch

Somehow the page (http://loliboli.hu/nemet_magyar_billentyuzet), where I describe my special German keyboard layout with Hungarian letters, got to be recognized (the page accidentally got quite high page ranking by search engines eg: http://www.google.de/#hl=de&xhr=t&q=német+billentyűzet), therefore I decided to publish the layout in the official way.

I'm not aware of any usage statistics, so I put it into the extras session. In Germany and Austria there's a ~180.000 Hungarian population, with 3% X usage, we can calculate with 5400 potential users.

Not much I agree, but that's why I listed as extra.

Kind regards,

Nice! committed. I just added Hungarian language into the list of languages in base.extras.xml.in

Many thanks! We'll see how and when it will reach downstream.
