Created attachment 48154 [details] first the writer-file with the link link a calc-sheet with more than one pages (subtables) to a writer document. you intend to show the first calc-sheet. you store the writer document. meanwhile you work with page 2 of the refereced calc, you rewrite it after finishing work. if you read again the writer-file, now surprisingly page 2 is shown. this means, only the link to the calc-file is saved, not the page to be viewed.

I confirm this behaviour. But what problem? If we need table from Calc that updates real time (but without any graphics), copy-paste table using Ctrl-Shift-V and selecting DDE link If need something else, please, write: what exactly we should achieve? And thanks for bugreport
