When setting ./autogen.sh --disable-gallium-r300 I get 
configure: error: LLVM is required to build Gallium R300 on x86 and x86_64

There is a new option for selecting Gallium drivers.

Try: --with-gallium-drivers=

./autogen.sh --with-gallium-drivers=r600,swrast
no longer complaints about LLVM and r300
