That log's for Mission Control, not for Gabble or Empathy-AV, which are the components that might be interesting.

Which version of telepathy-gabble do you have installed? We fixed regressions in receiving video calls from GTalk in telepathy-gabble 0.12.2 and 0.13.1, so if you're using a version older than one of those, try upgrading.

using Fedora 15, telepathy-gable-0.12.2-1.fc15 (x86-64)
I will try to reproduce the bug; how can I get the wanted logs?

Have the same problem with Fedora 15-64bit with just Audio Call. It shows connecting, but it's the person I call is able to hear me while I'm unable to hear them. Later it gives me the error that it Can't establish audio stream.
