When creating a Bar Chart with a data series in rows, selecting the First Row as label option selects all but the last row in the data range.
Created attachment 48492 [details] Counter-Example In this case, look at bar graph for Boys v Girls in Family. Data series by row, selected the first row as label. No data is missing. Last row is included.

LO version is LibreOffice 3.3.2 OOO330m19 (Build:202) Noticed the bug only seem to occur on .xls sheets I'm sent by work, can't attach an example due to company policy.
