OK, this is similar to #33156 Have not found any similar entry when searching the "embed" term. S-T-R 1. Create a new document 2. Paste an image from any external source (e.g. web server) If resource path will be modified, the linked media will dissappear too, and the pagination will be ruined. It should be an option to embed linked emdia into document if possible. This will make a lot easier when working with many images, than inserting one file at a time.
It seems to be working if the image isn't in a drag-and-drop selection group. If you copy images right-clicking on them -> copy -> paste, it works well. The issue still remains though, because i haven't found an "embed" option for linked media.
Confirmed for LibreOffice 3.4 340m1(Build:12) on OpenSuse KDE.
