FILEOPEN puts automatically unwanted spacing around pictures.

Please provide more information about the problem. One sentence may be clear for you but to help the community it would be great if you could provide steps on reproducing the problem, an attachment or description of the phenomenon, or provide an attachment of a file. One sentence is clearly not enough to diagnose the problem.

This bug was filed before the changes to Bugzilla on 2011-10-16. Thus it
started right out as NEW without ever being explicitly confirmed. The bug is
changed to state NEEDINFO for this reason. To move this bug from NEEDINFO back
