Once we'll be able to ensure that Channel.Request:SucceededWithChannel is present (thanks TP 6.0), tp_account_channel_request_{create,ensure}_and_observe_channel_async could be turned to tp_account_channel_request_{create,ensure}_channel_async as there is no point to keep the more limited API.
