Created attachment 49189 [details] Telepathy-gabble debug log Probably it's Facebook fault because it does the same with pidgin and any other xmpp clients that I know too. I don't understand why, sometimes it receives all the messages and sometime not. Anyway on Facebook's site usually I can see all the messages that I couldn't read on Empathy. Now and again I can see someone that's writing me but then I can receive the message only if I open Facebook's site. I attached a screenshot and the log. P.S:Sorry for the conversation messages, but it's very annoying and difficult to reproduce. http://i.imgur.com/CWpWx.png Maybe it happen when Facebook's servers are busy, I don't know.
If it happens with all XMPP clients, then it's a server issue, as you say; there's nothing that can be done beyond reporting the issue to Facebook themselves. The log doesn't show Facebook having sent the text of the missing message to Gabble in any form.
