Hi

I'm using Kubuntu 11.04 and experienced a small problem with VLC 1.1.x on KDE 4.6.
In full screen mode, the VLC screen flickers when transparent control OSDs (KDE
volume control, VLC progress bar) appear and/or disappear on the screen.
There were no such problems with Gnome.

Reportedly, this seems to be a bug in X.org.
