Description Ildiko Molnar 2011-07-18 23:46:24 UTC
You can reproduce it:
1. In Calc click Format/Page/Header/Header on/
2. Click the Edit botton.
3. On the Right area write or insert a data. For example insert Date.

4. Click Page Preview on the Toolbar or File/Page Preview
5. See the right area. You can not see the whole expression of Header

If you print the page, you can see the right area of Header correctly.

Reproduced on LibreOffice 3.4 340m1(Build:103) for OpenSuse Linux. Thanks for the steps. Followed them exactly. It seems that once you zoom in over 100% on page preview, part of the date gets obscured.
Comment 3 Ildiko Molnar 2011-07-20 22:56:11 UTC
I tested it Hungarian Win XP 32-bit, LibreOffice 3.4.1 OOO340m1 (Build:103.)
Same behavior with OOO 3.2.1.
Comment 4 Ildiko Molnar 2011-07-22 00:58:10 UTC
I can reproduce it on Win7 too.
Comment 5 Winfried Donkers 2011-10-21 01:55:37 UTC
Problem also occurs with right area of footer on page preview, dependant on zoom-percentage (see attachments)
LibO 3.4.3, Windows XP
Comment 6 Winfried Donkers 2011-10-21 02:07:01 UTC
For unknown reason uploading image/png refuses.
What I wanted to show is that with a zoom-factor of e.g. 65% the right area of the footer is clipped, and with 100% it is not clipped.
Comment 7 Winfried Donkers 2011-10-21 06:31:37 UTC
Problem also occurs with LibreOffice 3.4.2 and Linux (openSuse 11.4).
The amount of clipping depends on the zoom factor; a slightly different zoom factor can give a very different result. I occurs below as well as above 100% (e.g. 58%, 207%)

This is a Calc bug, right? Therefore adjusted 'Component'.
Comment 13 retired 2014-12-10 11:53:03 UTC
OS is ALL since reproduced on Linux as well.

Tried reproducing on OSX 10.10.1 LO latest nightly but the Print preview just says "no data". So unsure what to make of this.

Is this still valid with the latest LO release?

Can no longer reproduce on version 4.4.3 (Windows), nor on 4.1.6 (openSUSE 13.1), nor on 5.1.0.0.alpha1+ (openSUSE 13.1). Tried various zoom factors too.
Setting this bug to resolved.

Hello, I'm Janos from the company of Ildiko Molnar, who originally reported the bug:
Issue seems to be fixed/disappeared, cannot reproduce on Win 8.1 + LibO 5.0.1

Marking bug as verified.
