installs the documents into /usr/lib/X11/doc, which is certainly broken.

Someplace like /usr/share is in order, methings....

You'll only see this if you specify your documents should get built
in your site.cf.

(assuming reporter has set ProjcetRoot /usr)

This is how X has been installed always.  It will probably change when we get
rid of the /usr/X11R6 idea alltogether, but for now I'm closing this as NOTABUG.
