Feauture requeste

Our system:
Windos XP SP3 Hungarian
Libre Office 3.4.1 OOO340m1 (Build:103)

You can reproduce it:
Click File | Open
Choose a type at the File of type and a other view at View menu.
Choose a document.
Click File | Open again.

LibreOffice does not memorize the files of type and view menu.

MS Office can do it so few users miss it.

Does it work better on Vista and newer? XP is getting a bit irrelevant by now.

MS Office might use its own improved copy of the Windows file open dialog source code; we can't do that.

I just tested it on Hungarian Windows 7. It can memorize the View mode but not the files of type.

This bug was filed before the changes to Bugzilla on 2011-10-16. Thus it
started right out as NEW without ever being explicitly confirmed. The bug is
changed to state NEEDINFO for this reason. To move this bug from NEEDINFO back
to NEW please check if the bug still persists with the 3.5.0 beta1 or beta2 prereleases.
