Created attachment 49767 [details] Original document Hi. I have been updating some PDFs, now creating with LO3.3.2 and 3.4.1 using the little PDF button. When I open in acrobat I get an error "Cannot extract the embedded font 'NimbusRomNo9L-Medi'. Some characters may not display or print correctly". If I create the PDF with OO3.2.1 there is no error from Acrobat. The error only occurs if I have the text in bold. It doesn't happen with a couple of other fonts I have tried. Occurs on Suse and OSX, 3.3.2 and 3.4.1 To recreate; Type some text into a new document in Nimbus Roman No9 L Bold the text Click the pdf button Save and open in Acrobat.

Created attachment 49769 [details] PDF from OO3.2.1
The font is installed, type 1 postscript.
Failed to reproduce with LibreOffice 3.4 340m1(Build:103) on OpenSuse Linux. I downloaded the .ods file and had no problems adding text and exporting it as PDF. No error message displays. I also created my own .ods file, typed my own text in Nimbus Roman in bold and exported it. No problem as well.
Do you get any error opening either PDF in Acrobat?
Reproduced with "PDF from LO3.3.2", but don't with "Original document" and pdf from new document. So I think it is fixed in 3.4. My system: LO 3.4.2 OOO340m1 (Build:202) Ubuntu 10.04.3 x86 Linux 2.6.32-33-generic Russian UI
