Patch I'm using locally (along with a Fedora specfile change) to resolve the problem.

I recently install Fedora 16/Rawhide on my Power5 system.  I believe this came down to the fact that hvsi ports are not tagged in udev.  Also I believe that it may be needed to create the

I have now commited a similar patch to git, which should have the same effect. Thanks!
