xorg-xserver (0.99.1) build with --enable-dri will fail if the glproto module is
not installed.

This patch adds a check for glproto module if --enable-dri is specified. It
also adds GLPROTO_CFLAGS to hw/xfree86/dri/Makefile.am.

Committed a variation, since things had changed in configure.ac since the patch
