Created attachment 50164 [details] File for testing When i try to save the file (with the same name or with the another one) Libreoffice Crash. It happens the same with auto-save I tried to copy all de cells to a new document and it saves correctly. the problem could be assiciate to the control of the document changes
It misses ColumnSytles and crashs when it tries to save them. Can you explain how you created this file? Which program, version,...?
Crash is [Reproducible] with reporter's "LibreOffice 3.4.2 - WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) German UI [OOO340m1 (Build:203)]". Also crashees with Master "LibO-dev 3.4.5 – WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) English UI [(Build ID:d337f79-a24c961-2865670-9752b71-7f8fd43 2fdd60d-fd28b6a-fd7bf20-aa369cb-28da3fb 6a9633a-931d089-ecd263f-c9b55e9-b31b807 82ff335-599f7e9-bc6a545-1926fdf)]" And OOo 3.4.0 No crash when I disable menu 'Edit -> Changes -> Record' before save (as reported). No crash when I reopen document and re-enable "'record changes' and save it Here we should concentrate on the crash problem, it does not matter how the document has been created, LibO must not crash (but of course, info of document creation might help to understand the crash). If the document has been created with LibO, a second report should be filed concerning creation of an invalid document.
@Rainer: it is important how this file was created because the code allready contains some information that we rely on the existence of entries in the columnStyles array We are unable to handle broken documents without a crash because this would add a big overhead to our implementation
I do not think that crashes are acceptable. @mecatxisprop: May I remind you to my request? @Kohei: Please feel free to reassign (or reset Assignee to default) if it’s not your area or if provided information is not sufficient. Please set Status to ASSIGNED if you accept this Bug.
