Hi,

when I downloaded the source code the first thing I tried was to run the binary from the build directory, and for newcomers it isn't obvious how to do that with pulseaudio; adding an HACKING section to README, mentioning __OPTIMIZE__ and pa_run_from_build_tree(), could help. See the attached patch.

I also noticed that the other sections in README do not refer to the new project entry points at freedesktop.org, I didn't touch that part but you might want to fix that as well.
