On LibreOffice (3.4.3 GNU/Linux and MS-Windows), the *Default Options* Printing panel _still_ does not give the opportunity to choose 'Print in reverse page order'. One can only choose this option per document, each time! MS-Office provided that for a long time: comparison is not favorable for free software...
... and the sun still does not shine during the night when it's dark ... Bug or not? I do not have any problem with that, I do those settings in the OS printer settings and everything works fine in all programs. If you use various printers you might need different settings for this sort order, and it would not be a good idea to have to do that setting in the documents.
