Bug detailed description:
-------------------------
Boot up the machine with a VGA monitor only, then plug in a HDMI monitor. The whole HDMI screen turn to be pink. Meanwhile, if we unplug the VGA monitor, the HDMI monitor could display normally. 
No dmesg information, when the screen is pink.

Reproduce steps
-------------------------
1, boot up system with VGA monitor only
2, plug in a HDMI monitor

After you reproduce the problem, please run intel_reg_dumper and attach its output.

Oh, sorry, the issue can be reproduced on IvyBridge.

I have try with kernel 3.2 rc6, and I can't reproduce this issue ,maybe it have been fixed.
