After Bug Submission the Attachment Submission page appears, but in Seamonkey 2.3.3 the functional part of the page (at the top of the page) is out of focus, it looks as if you reached an empty page.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Submit a bug
   Expected: for step 8 Browse button and other functions visible
   Actual: focus on bottom of the page (more or less all white)

It seems the new position depends on the old one in the Bug Submission window, If there have been many "related Bugs" and the "Submit button" was at the top of the page, you will reach a focus much below the "Browse for attachment" button.
