It seems a precision problem, probably not a bug. Try the function ROUND() instead of INT().
BTW Excel 2010 shows same results as LibO/OOo.

Thank you, ROUND() does the trick.

Nevertheless I wonder what's wrong with E5/F5 in contrast to E6/F6.
Which internal values underlie related to E5 and E6?

It was known to me that Excel 2007 shows same results.
